Users can reach our 24/7 chat support in under 3 minutes. The first assessment call with a dedicated Care manager is 2 - 4 days on average, and chat+email is also available. Each Care Manager supports 56 families monthly, ensuring responsiveness and individualized care.
Who is eligible to use Empathy? Are there usage limits?
Coverage includes employees and up to 5 family members. Support is unlimited; employees can access our services as often as they need, without restrictions or hidden fees.
How is employee information kept safe and private?
All data is protected with enterprise-grade encryption and strict privacy controls. Empathy is SOC 2 compliant; information is never shared with employers or third parties without consent. Safeguarding sensitive information is one of our highest priorities.
